Apex Refund Policy


You are entitled to a full cash-back refund provided you meet all of the following terms of eligibility and completion:

1. You have not signed at least 3 paying clients using the systems and training provided in the Program

2. 120 days have elapsed since you registered for the Program

3. 100% full attendance across all applicable LIVE coaching calls in the group for as long as you have been a member of the program. Your purchase date & time will be the beginning of your membership.

4. 100%Reply Rate within 1 business day to all assistance emails + DMs associated with APEX over 120 days. This demonstrates you were proactive in asking for help.

5. All of your payments are made on time, without delay

6. Conduct every sales call with our sales process (all calls to be recorded & tracked)

7. Submit 100 pieces of copy for review in the community within your first 120 days.

8. 100%of course modules completed (watched) in full

9. If you’ve signed less than 3 clients by day 90 you must directly email us to let us know so that further support can be offered

10. Proof that you have marketed yourself for '120 days' using our cold outreach strategies. You must provide evidence that you’ve sent out at least 1000 messages or emails to targeted clients within the 120 days. These messages must fit the standard taught in the program, showing that you have personalised each message and provided a clear call-to-action. This demonstrates that you were proactive in client outreach.**

11. Proof that you have set up a one page website with integrations from a calendar tool recommended in the program, along with a case study / example portfolio and VSL as taught in the program.

In the event a refund is requested, you will provide:

  • Access to your payment processor (via screenshare) to verify your refund claim

  • Access to calendly account (to see booked calls)

  • Access to all sales call recordings

  • All the evidence mentioned must be stored in a folder with your name, then shared via dropbox link to your coach for review.

  • All information will be requested by a form to assess eligibility before funds are processed.

  • If eligible, a Zoom call will be required to process the funds.

  • After 120 days, a refund can be requested once only. If you do not meet eligibility, you will not be able to re-request a refund.

Failure to sign the contract within 48 hours of your first payment (excluding deposits) excludes you from qualifying for a refund.
